Forecast confidence

Display the confidence value of the forecast on the weather list / for each hour as a percentage.

Determine how this will be calculated. Some ideas:

• The longer and faster the pressure drops for, the more confident the model is
• If the pressure and clouds have the same prediction, the prediction is more confident
• Depending on what pressure system it is and the type of front, the prediction may be more confident (ex. going to become a low pressure system via a warm front, precipitation is more likely)
