Per path elevation smoothing

  • [ ] Default to current elevation smoothing (30% or value in #1427)
  • [ ] Add item to path menu to change smoothing
  • [ ] On menu item click, show slider and path elevation chart - update chart on slider change
  • [ ] On OK, save smoothing value for the path
  • [ ] Export smoothed elevations
  • [ ] Imported paths have 0% smoothing by default
