Always show pressure and elevation smoothing settings

• [ ] Elevation smoothing will always show on the altimeter calibration (#1427)
• [ ] Elevation smoothing will appear on the barometer calibration when sea level calibration is enabled (always)
• [ ] Pressure smoothing will always appear on the barometer calibration and always be applied (regardless of sea level status)
