Create map cleanup job

• [ ] Runs in the background when Trail Sense (or maybe just the maps tool) is opened
• [ ] Scans all files in the maps directory and deletes any image which doesn't have a corresponding map entity

This will handle the case if there was an error while importing a map, but it had enough time to copy the map file but not create the entity.
