I think it is issue with docpad last update. If I write plugin setting while compilation is in progress it works but if I stop and restart it with `docpad...

@granicz @Tarmil I was also curious about the limitation. If all F# code is getting compiled down to webassembly why there is limitation? And is there any documentation mentioning this...
