Support to edit the CD configuration in graphic mode

What would you like to be added: Currently (since v3.3.0), on the Continuous Delivery (aka CD) page, users cannot edit the configuration in graphic mode. It's pretty hard for the newcomers to edit it in the YAML editor mode.

Why is this needed:
