Take advantage of `csi_secret` in CSI 1.0

CSI 1.0 decorates sensitive fields with csi_secret. Let's take advantage of this feature to programmatically ensure no sensitive fields are ever logged by this driver.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
