Enable CheckLeakedResources in k8s e2es

There was a bug introduced recently that caused detach and deletion of PVs to fail: https://github.com/kubernetes-csi/external-attacher/issues/225

We only had one test fail, and the remaining flake. In addition to test improvements (https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/90370), we should also add the testcase that checks for leaked resources at the end of the tests.
