Add a README about Flavors

Currently CAPG doesn't have any readme about flavors. It will be great if we could add one for a better developer experience.
The Kubernetes project currently lacks enough contributors to adequately respond to all issues and PRs.

@richardcase where can I find all the CAPG flavours?? I have seen in CAPZ there are templates for flavours. Did we not written templates for the flavours?? Please give me some idea about it.
@hackeramitkumar - the CAPG flavours can be found in the templates directory. We currently only have the "default" flavour.
We will be adding another one soon for GKE clusters.
