E2E log collection for kube-system pods should also collect init container logs

/kind feature

Describe the solution you'd like Right now the log collection, doesn't collect init container logs. An example is the windows calico init container logs are missing, but this is not only Windows.

https://gcsweb.k8s.io/gcs/kubernetes-jenkins/logs/ci-kubernetes-e2e-capz-staging-containerd-windows/1459203559143772160/artifacts/clusters/capz-conf-ouj9ub/kube-system/calico-node-windows-frcrk/

Anything else you would like to add:

The logic should be adapted for the init containers: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api-provider-azure/blob/feba723784818f210a7c4cb96e82d7b38d0b2334/test/e2e/e2e_suite_test.go#L141-L147

Environment:

  • cluster-api-provider-azure version:
  • Kubernetes version: (use kubectl version):
  • OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release):

The Kubernetes project currently lacks enough contributors to adequately respond to all issues and PRs.

This bot triages issues and PRs according to the following rules:

  • After 90d of inactivity, lifecycle/stale is applied
  • After 30d of inactivity since lifecycle/stale was applied, lifecycle/rotten is applied
  • After 30d of inactivity since lifecycle/rotten was applied, the issue is closed

You can:

  • Mark this issue or PR as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale
  • Mark this issue or PR as rotten with /lifecycle rotten
  • Close this issue or PR with /close
  • Offer to help out with Issue Triage

Please send feedback to sig-contributor-experience at kubernetes/community.

/remove-lifecycle stale /help should be able to use same approach listed above but iterate over the pod.spec.InitContainers as well
