Simplify CRD doc generation using OpenAPI
Replaces the extremely slow CRD doc generation with simply extracting the OpenAPI schema and display it using javascript.

I don't see where the javascript bits are but tested and looks good.

The Javascript is in crd/index.md, i'm using rapidoc which is an OSS library for displaying OpenAPI docs. It loads the YAML and displays it in html.
New changes are detected. LGTM label has been removed.
