Regenerate code of client-java-contrib cert-manager

As discussed in #3489, I followed the instructions to regenerate the code of client-java-contrib cert-manager. It seems that nothing changed except timestamps and version numbers. I am not authorized the docker image on github so I built an image locally.

This PR looks fine, but I don't think that it is going to fix the issue you raised in #3489 it's not adding any new models.

The Kubernetes project currently lacks enough contributors to adequately respond to all PRs.

This bot triages PRs according to the following rules:

  • After 90d of inactivity, lifecycle/stale is applied
  • After 30d of inactivity since lifecycle/stale was applied, lifecycle/rotten is applied
  • After 30d of inactivity since lifecycle/rotten was applied, the PR is closed

You can:
