Enable flatcar in Nutanix e2e tests
What this PR does / why we need it: We already have a Flatcar Container Linux image on our Nutanix setup, let's test it in our e2e.

Turns out the flatcar image I uploaded is invalid (it's compressed by default), so I need to upload one from my machine that is decompressed. Working on it.
