CI: tests with a real Gateway API implementation

Current integration tests simply deploy the CRDs and then make sure resources can be created. For thoroughness, it would be kinda nice if we ran some tests that deployed and tested real Gateway API implementations before releases.

Note: Blixt might be a good candidate for the implementation.
