JanusGraph indexing states

It will be great help if you can add subsection under JanusGraph indexes explaining different states of indexing. Recently I was stuck at INSTALLED state of index and couldn't figure out what it means.

I found state diagram on JanusGraph wiki very useful.

That's a really good suggestion @indusbull . Next time I work on the Janus section I will try and add something.

As we transition to thinking about a second edition, the entire section on JanusGraph either needs to be reworked and updated, or, as TinkerGraph now supports transactions perhaps it's time to remove the JanusGraph coverage. This would be a great area for anyone looking to volunteer some time to step in and help us really do a good job on covering JanusGraph in Practical Gremlin.
