Don't bring SysEx Librarian to foreground when receiving program change and sending sysex

User request:

Is it possible to have an option to leave the program minimised when sending a program change to it? At the moment, it jumps to life and gets in front of what I’m actually working with.

Might be because of the way it shows the progress indicator when sending sysex.
