Title

Deleted Options still appearing when we are check the select type attribute when editing it.

Issue Description

In select type attribute I have deleted the options and saved the attribute and now when I again check the attribute and there still I was able to see the options again.

Preconditions

Admin has been logged in.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Admin -> Settings -> Attribute -> Create -> Select Type -> Add Options -> Save
  2. Edit the Attribute and Delete the option.
  3. Save the atribute.
  4. Again Check and Edit we cab see deleted options are still appearing.

Expected result

Deleted options must not appear.

We have created an internal ticket to look into this which we will be tracking as "GHC-534"
