Add tip on how to get into "no substrate" mode

JB users don't seem to know the difference between a boot loop and a springboard loop and they also don't know how to get into "no substrate" mode. I think this would make it more apparent to many of them.

Indeed I can confirm as a tweak developer that this is a real problem - users regularly think they are in a boot loop when they really are in a respring loop. Normally No Substrate mode would be the solution but they panic and restore.

Thus I think this is a very good idea!

IIRC holding the power button isn't necessary to enter No-Substrate mode.

Only button you need to hold down is the volume+ button

@kpwn any thoughts on this PR?

Nice! You should add a button with which you can enter no substrate mode by just tapping it. That's more effective I think. There was a PR with this feature I think.
