Optional sub-task, item2: Vagrant looks outdated. Some platforms (e.g. Win 10 Home) do not support Hyper V, which is required to complete the submodule.

Suggested approach: Option 1. Add material: https://medium.com/@botdotcom/installing-virtualbox-and-vagrant-on-windows-10-2e5cbc6bd6ad Option 2. Replace with a different guide supporting a wider range of OS/envs.
