Error rendering PDF

Hiya,

I'm not sure how this has happened, but this message is being returned from the server:

Rendering PDF failed: error: c:/texlive/2015/texmf-dist/tex/latex/mdwtools/footnote.sty:170: ! Undefined control sequence.

Any thoughts?

I previously uploaded a different document class, and after returning to the original sigplanconf.cls, I managed retrieve a pdf back from the server.
