What does 100% private data mean in your product offerings?

I've installed your VS Code extension but have not purchased a plan yet. I'm curious to understand what does 100% private data mean? If I ask you to review example.py and help me rewrite somemethod() to make it more efficient - does my original code get shipped somewhere? (I would assume it does - just want to confirm.) If so, how much of my code is exposed? Everything in example.py or just somemethod()
