Do users of this addon want it to automatically override all models and the store?

I'm +1 on making this auto override by default.

It makes more sense for me to not auto override so that I can easily use it on a route (of an existing big project) in production for a while before commit to a full migrate. If the default is auto override, it should provide an easy way to opt out.
