Change Typewriter Scrolling Location

Users should be able to:

• Open preferences
• Choose a different type writer scrolling location (Top, Middle, Bottom).
• Enable typewriter scrolling
• When typing, have active line in selected fixed location
• Restart the application and have setting persisted
