GNOME 44 runtime is end-of-life

Using: Flatpak Desktop Environment: Xfce OS: Fedora 39. I am not using Wayland (yet).

Steps: 1. Open terminal 2. Type "flatpak update" 3. See the following:

As problems go, it's minor, but having an out of date runtime taking up space for one app also seems silly.
