[doc] add doc about debugging Kmesh
What would you like to be added:
It would be very friendly if there were docs about how to open debug logs of Kmesh daemon, view configdump, etc. to faciliate developers to debug without having to lookup the Kmesh source code by themselves.
Why is this needed:
Make Kmesh dev friendly.
