Is this package being maintained?

I see a lot of open issues and PRs but the last commit was over a year ago. Is this package being maintained by anyone? It's a useful package and it would be a shame for it to die.

Sadly the beef jelly hasn't pushed any releases to pypi. I remember running into some issues with the current packaged version not working as well with multiple maps or something like that. I agree its sad that this may die since I have a project that works great with it, and I don't really want to convert to an alternative.
