Redirect links to another language to the local archive if it exists

It needs to be able to find the local archive corresponding to the language of the link What to do if there are several? Maybe choose the latest one?

This is something I'm interested in, but as the current ZIMs do not appear to provide interwiki or interlanguage links, there seems no way to implement.
