(Question) Creating .mi files?

Open Korikan opened this issue 4 years ago • 2 comments

Im struggling to find a way to create new .mi files for custom Textures. Is there already an entry that explains how to create them that i have missed?

i guess the only one that knows this for sure would be @ataulien. But that would require some time and dedication from his side.

@Korikan Hey, sorry for the late reply! I haven't looked at the code in a while, but if I remember correctly, you can use the Menu that pops up when you press F1 to select a material (by clicking on it in the world) and set up its values. They should be saved automatically.

The Camera controls are the same as in the older versions of the Unreal-Editor (LMB: Turn, Move forward/backward, RMB: Look around, LMB+RMB: Move sideways/up down).

Last time I tried with one of the current forks the camera controls did not work though. Maybe you find a version that works!
