Blueprint tests

When engineer.debug is true a set of blueprints should be registered.

• Blueprint with all supported plugin fields.
• Blueprint with nesting.
• Blueprint with grid (width).
• Blueprint with blueprint settings.

Maybe it's possible to combine some of them.
