test in windows 11，with "2.3.0 Prerelease 4" and "2.2.2 Prerelease 4"。 when configured a dynamic ssh tunnel port forward, local socks5 proxy port listening, but app useing the socks5 proxy can't connect any network

i checked out the new WindTerm_2.4.0, it doesn't work yet.

when configured a dynamic ssh tunnel port forward, local socks5 proxy port was listening. but requests from chrome switchy omega plugin to the socks5 proxy always get valid responses

WindTerm 配置动态转发隧道以后本地端口能正常监听，WindTerm 的右上角的隧道管理按钮和 Windows 的资源监视器都可以看到被监听的端口正常，Windows 系统防火墙也配置了放行的规则，curl -k 使用动态转发隧道的时候看起来正常，使用 Chrome 的时候用不了隧道，报错是：net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR。
