Not asking to authorize camera - "> Unable to access Camera and Microphone"

I have succesfully cloned this and installed it on AWS Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

When I go to http://server:3000 I am presented the full interface, but when I click on "Preview Camera" I get the error: "> Unable to access Camera and Microphon"
