Renderfragment in Rendertests

When running the render-test suite the cleanup of a given render-test is not correct. There are still fragments from older tests or some renderjobs are just rendering nonsense.

Maybe this will be caused by not released primitive groups.

Some investigation results: The submit commands to the render task are doubled. That seems to be the reason for the artifacts.
