@Cerberuschan This feature needed some major internal changes, which were added in 4.2. Now that the foundation's in place, expect a lot more improvements to Gelbooru v2 in 4.3.

There are multiple changes in this PR. Please separate them into multiple PRs.

All changes are already added in master. For the CI for windows build, I will add a workflow to build for all supported platforms in the near future.
