Gelbooru GIFs don't auto-play

Describe the bug Unless Image Grid -> Image Quality is manually set to High or Highest, 'Auto-play GIF' doesn't work for Gelbooru. Setting Image Quality to 'Automatic' should automatically use at least the minimum necessary image quality to play the GIF if 'Auto-play GIF' is toggled on.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set Image Grid -> Image Quality to 'Automatic'
2. Toggle Image Grid -> Auto-play GIF on
3. View Gelbooru; GIFs do not auto-play.

Expected behavior When the user has selected 'Auto-play GIF' and Image Quality: 'Automatic' for the Image Grid, GIFs should be loaded at least at the minimum required image quality to play a GIF.

I tried to fix this in next patch but it's more work than I expected so this will be fixed in 4.3 instead.
