Feature request: support uploading and post creation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm often on mobile when I want to upload a post to a booru (Danbooru), and I have to resort to using the website instead of doing it from Boorusama.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like an upload feature that allows me to either upload a new image or video from my device storage, or import one via a link (as supported by Danbooru). The upload page should let me add tags while being able to see the entire image at all times — even when the virtual keyboard is visible and I'm typing in tags.

It would be even greater if I could use the share function of an app to upload a post. For example, when using the X/Twitter app, I could share the post to Boorusama, which would automatically import the post from the shared link. Although this might probably be a Danbooru-specific feature, not sure if other boorus support the link imports. Danbooru can import posts from many different sites.

Describe alternatives you've considered Uploading directly on the mobile website of the booru. However, this is a very subpar experience, at least for Danbooru. It's hard to see the image and tags at the same time, and the tag input is not optimized for a mobile experience (the links in the tag suggestion box are very small).

Additional context I've previously used Sankaku Channel and their official Android app for uploading posts. That app had a very good upload page where I could always see the image when typing new tags or viewing the ones already added.

The app already lets you share a link to it to upload and tag your post, but that feature’s only in the dev build. Since I’m a Contributor-level user on Danbooru, I’ve got pretty high standards for how the upload and tagging flow should feel, so I’ll probably tweak it more before releasing it.

I don’t plan to support direct file uploads for Danbooru, since I don’t want clueless users dumping random stuff from their phones and getting the app blamed by the site for it.
