I've just made a post to my blog, and updated the wiki pages for the topotime repo, so that status should be clearer. http://kgeographer.org

about pitching in, great to hear you're interested. I'm in transit right now, one of those 24hr travel days, then jet lag. I'll get back to you within a week about what may or should happen next, and will be keen to het your thoughts. there are two related tracks in topotime right now, moving GeoJSON-T forward, and Linked Places. more to say soon
