Add instructions for Windows 10 App Store

For all I know, it may be possible to run slack in developer mode from the app store, but I didn't see an obvious way to do it, and uninstalling then reinstalling is quick and easy to do.

This is just a documentation PR.

Why offer a workaround when you can do it with the existing binary?

  1. Open Windows Task Manager
  2. Find the Slack process
  3. Right click on the entry and choose Open file location

The path should be something like C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\91750D7E.Slack_3.4.3.0_x64__8she8kfbcnzg4
