Document: 3-column icon has a misaligned column

Describe the bug

On Firefox (Ubuntu) the first of the columns button is misaligned, which confused me because I thought, it would create some irregular 3 column grid.

To Reproduce

Happens in any document field.

Expected behaviour

I expect the columns to have an equal gap.

Looks like this may be specific to Ubuntu Firefox, here is a screenshot of macOS Firefox -
