Unknown option "--host=aarch64-apple-darwin". when enable fdk-aac, x264 or lame

When I set enable for lib fdk-aac, x264 or lame, after downloading library's source. It showed error "Unknown option "--host=aarch64-apple-darwin"." then exit.

I run on Big Sur.
