[Feature] Rewrite file storage. Brainstorming are welcome!

We generate a lot of the same files between different analysis. We already separated files from mongo analysis collection and made them unique.

Now we need to store uniq file on FS and reference it inside of each analysis folder and delete when no one task id points to it in files collection.

any ideas, suggestions, etc are more than welcome
