Development of React fork.

I'm interested in helping with this. Can you clarify what is needed?

A react component needs to be built and packaged into it's own NPM Package for distribution?

What would a good first PR look like? This issue is rather large for a single PR.

Hi there @SandMoshi

I'm currently thinking in the best approach... And even considering another repository for each other framework fork...

There is one catch: I'll probably only start fork projects targeting other frameworks when finalizing some priority issues. The React one development I will probably be personally involved soon (1 to 2 month, I think).

The goal here is to port all the current features in Vue to React, without losing performance, which I find a crucial point in this project.

Of course, I'm interested in some help, since I will not have enough time to mantain all the projects... When I start the React repo fork I will post in this Issue.
