Add instructions for use as greasemonkey userscript

It's just a simple js/css theme. It should be possible to use in GM. This would also make chrome install easier by using Tampermonkey

I'm not sure about the best way to do this. I don't want this CSS to apply to all websites, but each user has a different set of build servers they'd have to configure. Is there a way to do this in greasemonkey?

(Sorry! I don't use Firefox for much web development).

yes. you can by default apply your script to to "no sites" and allow users to configure which sites to trigger on.
