Describe the solution you'd like Can we use the same bot for issues ?

Describe alternatives you've considered We have bots to create issues in any repo and can we auto-assign a specific person if the bot found that issue is opened by another bot or based on the description (Specific word)?

And also tag a specific person if there is no response (adding a comment or changing label) for 24 hours after assigning the first user?
