Updating gitea credential, username includes group name in brackets
The updated username by keepassxc-browser format like this: [root group] your-real-name
The prefixe is not necessary. How to fix it ? is it a bug or some config info i need to recorrect?
Not sure what you are referring to. If it's just the pick list in the browser, that shows the group and username of the entry you are choosing. Closing this unless there is an actual issue identified.
Oh, What I'm referring to is not the pick list. Instead, when I reset the password for the Gitea account, it would automatically prompt me to update it to the KeePassXC database. However, the username updated to in the database is incorrect, it has an extra prefix. Here are the screenshots (Sorry that, the software I installed is not in English Language...)
"me" is my real username, but the suggestion for saving is "[根群组] me". And the database also saved.

@varjolintu this is odd, not sure if it's the extension picking up something weird with the gitea website or we have a niche bug?
I cannot reproduct this. @jackeyycl Make sure you remove the extra part from the username before updating it from the extension?
OK, I can only do it that way, but I can't delete it through the extension because the pop-up window's username is not editable. However, I can remove it in the keepassxc database.
Please report if the bug still happens when you try to update the credential from the extension, after you've removed the group name from the entry.
