I'm pretty sure this is a memory over-write problem. I'm not sure why this changed things, but if the LFS_CACHE_SIZE is 64 instead of 512, I don't see this error....

Awesome find. Thank you @IvanNazaruk. It looks like I can just set the dpi awareness and fix this issue. Perhaps it is just a quirk of windows.

Thanks @mikalhart. We haven't seen any lockouts or other issues transmitting when below 2 bars, but haven't tried when MSSTM reports no network service.

I believe this should be reopened since the fix was reverted.
