This implements the necessary changes to the ioctl interface in order to set the compression level per extent. (fixes https://github.com/kdave/btrfs-progs/issues/184 )

this side-project has been on the back burner for way too long unfortunately. There's a little bit of discussion (and some TODO's) on the mailing list, but nothing much after that. Feel free to continue my work!
