[Bug Report] Strange named directory was created without permission

Problem Summary

I found that after running dex:

$ ls -la .
drwxr-xr-x    - hibiki  3 Apr 20:28 \u{1b}[0m\u{1b}[1mDENO_DIR location:\u{1b}[0m
drwxr-xr-x    - hibiki  3 Apr 20:28 .
drwxr-xr-x    - hibiki 30 Mar 19:03 ..
.rw-r--r-- 1.8k hibiki  3 Apr 20:23 main.ts

$ tree .
.
├── \u{1b}[0m\u{1b}[1mDENO_DIR location:\u{1b}[0m
│  └── home
│     └── hibiki
│        └── .cache
│           └── deno
│              └── dex
│                 └── script.ts

It is seems result of deno info, but I have no idea why the directory was created.

My Environmet

• deno's version

$ deno --version
deno 1.20.4 (release, aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu)
v8 10.0.139.6
typescript 4.6.2

• dex's version

I installed dex from this URL. If this issue has already been solved in HEAD, please release new version tag.
