Support issues & moving this package from a personal account to an organization

I see that the package's support isn't good enough. The last commit was five months ago, and there have been no responses to existing issues, comments on PRs, or merges.

Thank you for your work, but I propose moving this package from a personal account to an organization and allowing the community to support it independently.
