Expand to show the anchored test on pageload

If I navigate to a test and click on it's anchor, I see this:

However if I reload the page, or link someone else with that URL, they only see this:

It could be handy if the compat-table automatically expanded the relevant sections so that the linked test would show up directly on pageload.
