Streaming link (.m3u8) Takes more time to Load.(Play)

Streaming Link that i've used. is Playing instantly in VLC destop player...

But

i using same link in this vlc:MediaElement take more than 10 Seconds to Play Content....

Is this a problem in vlc:MediaElement or mine.

With which version of VLC desktop player ? Can you try with the version 3.0 ?

A recent version but not the latest (because there are some problems with latest version with some AMD graphic cards).
